TRENDS IN WAGE DIFFERENTIATION IN RUSSIAN INDUSTRY: FROM THE GREAT WAR TO THE GREAT TURNING POINT.
The article deals with the issue of assessing the differentiation of industrial workers wages in Russia in 1914–1916 and during the NEP years. It is shown that the policy of regulating of industrial workers wages during the years of the New Economic Policy was generally carried out in accordance with the course towards its equalization, in the face of a certain confrontation between economic agencies and trade unions. The degree of differentiation in the wages of industrial workers during the NEP years was significantly lower than in the prewar period (and during the war years), and at the same time it decreased in the second half of the 1920s.
В статье рассматривается вопрос об оценке дифференциации зарплаты промышленных рабочих России в 1914–1916 гг. и в годы нэпа. Показано, что политика регулирования зарплаты промышленных рабочих в годы нэпа проводилась в целом в соответствии с курсом на ее выравнивание, в условиях определенного противостояния хозорганов и профсоюзов. Степень дифференциации зарплаты промышленных рабочих в годы нэпа была существенно ниже, чем в предвоенный период (и в годы войны), и при этом она снижалась во второй половине 1920-х гг.
