Completely agree. Registering a death is so basic but so lacking. And, again, it's the poor & marginalized who are excluded. But we must avoid the pandemic leading to parallel systems. В странах типа РФ хоронят всех, бедных и богатых. Маргинальных групп, исчисляемых миллионами просто нет.
