When
Mark Zuckerberg takes two months of parental leave again after the
birth of his second child, it will be half of what his company,
Facebook, gives its male and female employees. Still, only 15% of US
companies offer any paid paternity leave. And, if they do, many men do
not feel supported by their workplace in taking it— an unlikely scenario
now at Facebook.
